Order Shipping Practices

Stampin’ Up! works with established carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The standard processing time in the South Pacific Distribution Centre is two standard business days after the date the order is closed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delays may occur during high volume order times, including catalogue and promotion launches.

Shipping and Handling

As of 1 April 2022, the standard shipping and handling rates for Australia will be $6.95 AUD or 6% (whichever is greater).

In Australia, the minimum shipping charge of $6.95 AUD will apply to order totals up to $115.91 AUD. Order totals greater than this will be calculated at 6%.

In addition to standard shipping and handling, two expedited options are available:

  • Standard shipping with priority picking is an additional $20.00 AUD
  • Express shipping with priority picking is an additional $30.00 AUD

The expedited shipping option rates above are calculated in addition to the standard shipping rate (e.g., the express shipping with priority picking option would cost $6.95 AUD or 6%—whichever is greater—plus $30.00 AUD)

Please remember that expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Expedited orders move up in picking/fulfillment priority (which we have control over internally), but once it leaves Stampin’ Up!’s distribution center, we have no control over when it arrives to you. Shipping vendors are experiencing significant challenges in the current global supply chain crisis and will continue to for some time.
